All Products are custom made and printed to order. Once your order is placed it is automatically sent through to production, there is an 5 hour time frame that you can cancel an order. Sorry we can not stop the process after this. You will be charged a $5usd cancellation fee to cover the fees that are incurred with placing the order.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED

Most (not all) of the items are printed and dispatched from the USA. They dispatch in 1-7 business days then there is an estimated time frame of 2-7 business days for delivery for these products (in the US),and approx. 10-30 business days for anywhere else in the World. We are not responsible for delays with shipping, or any other custom payments that maybe required please contact the page if there is a shipping problem or delivery is late.

ITEMS DISPATCHED FROM CHINA

We partner with a supplier in China who prints and sends on our behalf quality products. These items are mostly car seat covers, any car accessories, waterproof travel bags (the duffel bag type in PU leather), handbags, some drinkware and puffer jackets.

They dispatch in 2-10 business days and then shipping is 10-30 business days approx.

COST OF SHIPPING

Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout before payment is required. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

A Tracking number will be automatically updated to your order once dispatched, if you have not received it in the time frame as given above please do not hesitate to contact us so we can check it for you.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER

Yes within the first 5 hours once your order is placed after the 5 hours given you can not change your order.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/RETURNS

If your item arrives damaged or there is a defect in print quality we will promptly address this with either a reprint or refund but we will require a clear photo of the issue and a full photo of the product purchased and order number. (these do not need to be returned)

The colors may appear slightly lighter or even darker than what is depicted in the photos, we do our very best to represent the colors and products as accurately as possible. All detailed information is in our listings regarding what materials are used etc. We have sizing charts as well in all of the listings, if you are unsure before you order please don't hesitate to reach out for the information you need before making a purchase.

Exchanges can be possible but you will need to return your item as below.

If you would like to return your item this is to a New Zealand address and shipping will be at the purchasers cost and must be sent within 30 days of receiving, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order first before sending. Personalized items can not be returned.
